NDIS Co Ordinator
§ Development NDIS as Core Business area for Golden Glow Corp (N.T)
§ Drive and facilitate culture of continuous improvement – people, processes and technology;
§ Lead, direct and develop staff through effective performance management to motivate the achievement of results consistent with agreed objectives
§ In conjunction with Directors | Managers | Clinical Team Leader | House Coordinator – develop and implement productivity measures and review regularly
§ Assist / advise COS in effective Management of Participant plans
§ Create and Maintain both allied and Participant engagement
Act to rectify any unsafe practice or unprofessional conduct.
Act as an advocate for Staff & participants as required.
Work with Directors & Leadership Group to develop & implement directives and operational measures, ensure they are communicated to all stakeholders. (MRC & Senior Management meetings)
Risk management profile is well managed.
Effective management of Golden Glow disability / NDIS Service Ensure success of all facets of the daily operations;
Manage & increase the operational effectiveness and efficiencies through improvements;
Coordination & communication across all sites;
Quality of documentation, readability and clarity consistently meets/& or exceeds standards
Work with Directors, Clinical Team Leader, Accommodation Managers to ensure that delivery of quality services are within contract guidelines
