Support at Home Program Resources
Golden Glow Nursing has provided a variety of resources to assist you to make some decisions about what kind of assistance you may need and who to speak to about the care that you require.
We have provided information from internal resources as well as information that is generalized about the processes involved in selecting an Aged Care Provider.
The new Support at Home Program is scheduled to commence on 1 November 2025. This program will replace the current Home Care Package (HCP) Program as part of the Australian Government’s aged care reforms.
Support at Home is designed to streamline in-home aged care services, making it easier for older Australians to access the help they need to live independently at home for longer. The new program will offer a more flexible, individualised, and integrated approach to delivering care and support services.
We are committed to keeping you informed throughout this transition and will continue to work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth changeover with minimal disruption.
If you have any questions or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team.
